The holidays were in full effect at the Chestnut Hill Community Association Holiday House Tour on December 6, 2014. This gorgeous house at 8860 Norwood Avenue was the site of down2earth Interior Design’s decorating efforts.

Much shopping and shlepping was done in prep for the event. Is this the first time shlepping has been used in the context of Christmas?

Finally, the big day arrived. 600-700 people circulated through the house, getting inspiration from the many hardworking designers and caterers who displayed their talents in the various rooms.
