Interior design is a service oriented profession.   We all know that, right!? So here at down2earth interior design, we are particularly proud to be recognized when we excel in this area.   Down2Earth Interior Design has been awarded the Best of Houzz 2018 Service accolade for the sixth consecutive year. What makes our team so successful when it comes to Service?

Good service starts when a client first reaches out to our team. We are excited by every new opportunity that comes our way. Amy strives to respond to inquiries in a timely fashion and to be upfront with everyone.   Sometimes we can accommodate projects that have a fast timeline, and sometimes we cannot. But we strive from the outset to make realistic projections so that potential customers can determine whether their schedule and ours aligns.

We are a family-oriented firm. Amy cares deeply about creating livable spaces for families of all shapes and sizes….spaces that are comfortable and low-maintenance.   We commit only to the number of projects that we can do while maintaining our standards of service and quality.   Amy and our design consultants like to be personally involved in every aspect of each design project we tackle. Each client currently on our roster can expect the attention to detail and high level of service on which Down2Earth Interior Design’s reputation has been built. By “right-sizing” our workload, we do right by our clients, and we do right by our consultants, the majority of whom are doing the work-family juggle!

Another area where service is important is listening. Our team believes we are the conduits of your style and your interior design goals and dreams. In order to provide you with that vision we need to listen and then do the work that meets your needs.
